As you maybe aware at Revolution we have a wonderful Life Coach Sarah Waldron.
Not only is Sarah a Life Coach, she is also our qualified Yoga Instructor.
From January 2019 we offer 3 classes per week: Tuesday 6pm-7pm, Wednesday 7:30pm-8:30pm & Friday 6am-7am.
Yoga is extremely beneficial for your mind and well-being, it is also a great way for our bodies to build strength.
Our Yoga classes are designed to be intimate and allow you to feel comfortable and confident.
Yoga classes at Revolution are tailored to work with any injuries or restrictions you have; and towards your personal goals.
Sarah caters for all levels, from the beginner to the experienced Yogis.
